At KODAK Photo Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging equipment and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Equipment

Securely place the item in its original KODAK packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
